Website Status Report

Just so everyone knows what's going on behind the scenes here on God vs. The Bible.com....

This is the "Woman behind the Curtain" as it were, and I'm having my way with John's website to make it more interactive, user friendly and more comprehensive than it was previously. Hey, he's the dork, but I am the ultimate geek (So we're even) and I've been wanting to attack his site for years now...

So here is a list of what's been done thus far:

• Updated core site to Open Source Content Management System (Drupal)
• Site Skins added/enabled (You can switch skins and upload an avatar in your user profile)
• Established core modules and taxonomy
• Forums established
• Book pages being reformatted (In Progress -- Up to Chapter 7 has been restored)

What's coming and what's planned?

• The video library/archive of John's Podcasts separated into topics
• John's symphonies and music (Didn't know he was a composer too? You'll hear his works soon.)
• Lisiting of his appearances on Radio and Television
• Deism Library including essays and short written works by John as previously unpublished

I actually made this photo manipulation a long time ago for John... we were talking and I mentioned that the papel regalia reminded me of the awful uniforms girls have to wear at "Hot Dog on a Stick" chains... this was the result of my strange sense of humor...
